It would be really useful to have the ability to schedule Topics to automatically go live and expire on specific dates and times.
As a seasonal business, we have different events, offers and activities running throughout the year, often for short periods of time. At the moment, this has to be managed manually.
Ideally, we’d love the option to:
Set a publish date/time for a Topic or Tag to become visible
Set an expiry date/time for it to automatically hide again
Keep the Topic saved within Touchstay after expiry, rather than deleting it completely
For example, a wrestling event happening today between 1pm and 3pm could automatically appear that morning and then hide again afterwards, while still remaining saved for future use.
This would make seasonal content management much easier and reduce the risk of outdated information remaining visible to guests.
