Contract Signing Functionality

It would be valuable to add a contract signing capability directly within Touch Stay, allowing hosts to send and collect digitally signed agreements from guests before their stay.

Currently, many property managers need guests to sign rental agreements, house rules acknowledgements, liability waivers, or other stay-related documents. This process is usually handled through external tools (e.g. DocuSign or email attachments), which creates extra steps for both hosts and guests.

Adding a built-in contract signing feature could allow hosts to:

Upload or create rental agreements and documents within Touch Stay

Send contracts to guests automatically as part of the pre-arrival process

Allow guests to review and sign documents digitally from any device

Store signed contracts securely within the guest or booking record

Track signing status and send reminders if a document hasn’t been completed
