
Hosts would like visibility into which communication channel (email vs SMS) led a guest to open their guide.
Currently, we can see that a guide has been viewed, but we cannot identify which message type prompted the visit. This makes it difficult for hosts to understand guest behaviour and optimise their communication strategy without risking over-messaging.
Having channel-level tracking would help hosts:
