Although Tocuh Stay has the lock feature to hold back a topic until for a fix period of time before arrival, it would be nice if it was also conditional. In our case, we would like to have a topic show up 1 day before that includes the code to get in the house, but we do not want this topic to show up unless the guest is fully in compliance. In the case of our automated email that is sent out by OwnerRez to the guest with codes, it is only sent if a number of items are in place including 1. Paid in Full, 2. Rental Agreement Signed 3. Security Deposit is in place.
