Adding Custom Elements

Would be good if we coud use the App extention ie jotform http://App and not just jotform http:/form. this way we would be able to add this jotform link to custom elements. Especially good for our Online Store we have made through Jotform. This would make it more visually appealing if Custome Elements accepted .APP extention and well as the .form extention. Thanks
