For hosts that have an established messaging schedule, it would be nice to see one long list of messages in the queue to be sent. I could see this as a Memo submenu, laid out similarly to the Invitations grid. Columns might include Guide name, Guest name, message type (e.g., SMS), Message Title, Send Date, Arrival Date, and a Views count for good measure. The ability to filter by guide and future arrivals only, plus a search box would make this feature more robust. Perhaps the past sent messages could also appear - greyed out. I envision the list being presented in reverse chronological order by default with the ability to click a column header to sort as desired.
As a host, I could reference this prior to sending a one-off message via booking platform - in case the upcoming TS message would impact what I’m sending. I would also reference it prior to making a change to the content or timing schedule for an existing message so I know exactly who it will impact (I realize we have the pop-up that mentions how many upcoming guests a particular change will impact).
